Our home is located on the West Coast of the Big Island of Hawaii, which is the “dry side” of the island. Here you will find abundant sun and warm trade winds in contrast to the Hilo side, or “wet side”, where you will find many waterfalls, rain and rivers.
Our home is a traditional Hawaiian style home with soaring open beam ceilings, spacious open floor plan and wrap around lanais at an elevation of 1200 feet. This elevation allows for temperate year round weather and daily sunsets. . You will also find a spectacular unobstructed coastline view from our both our lower and upper lanais.
Surrounded by palm trees, our home is 2700 sqft of paradise. Spread over 2 floors this 3 bedroom 2.5 bath house is perfectly designed with family in mind. The upstairs has a spacious living room, formal dining room, kitchen with stainless steel appliances, breakfast nook, small office, 1/2 bathroom and master suite. The large master features a king bed, a walk in closet, a separate door to the wrap around lanai, a HDTV with smart dvd/blue ray player and large en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a large counter with sink and a double head shower, large enough for 2.
There is a large bonus room with a 55” HDTV that open to the lower lanai and BBQ area. In this room you will also find a Koa wood bar with stools and plenty of sitting space for family movie time. Also, located downstairs are the 2 additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed. In between these rooms there is a large bathroom and an “in-between” room with sink.
Also located downstairs is the garage with a full sized washer and dryer for your use.
Outside the bonus room you will find the private pool which is surrounded by palm trees and tropical landscaping. Sunbathe around the pool, read a book in one of the comfortable outdoor seating areas or gather around the tables for an outdoor meal.
Guest Access
This property is a self check-in property so you will be given access code before your arrival for easy access to the property. You will also have the whole house, yard and pool for your private use.
